The goal of FA Initiative is to identify, sign, and support players and influencers with high charisma on all golf tours. We will achieve our goal by following the NASCAR team model of shared data, resources, logistics and earnings.
FAI is the passion project of Sam Grossman and other golf loving investors who decided to pool their resources and vast business experience to promote players and influencers they feel exemplify the qualities in the FAI: Family, Integrity, Humanity and Quality.
Grossman will use his value-add strategies, concepts, and experience he used and learned with real estate to help add value to golf professionals and influencers. FAI content will be curated by Hollywood producers with credits in every golf film since 1999.
Growing up my dad was always working so I didn't see him much. Beside the occasional family dinner the only real time we got to spend together was when he took me golfing with him.
Having 2 kids of my own and also being someone who needs to travel often in my line of work, golf was an obvious sport when my wife asked me to try to spend more quality time with them. Probably everything I learned about my dad as a person were the things he shared with me on the golf course. From his childhood dreams, life goals and fears he was able to speak to me in ways that in regular life he never had.
I had been away from golf for many years when I decided to introduce my kids to the game and in all honesty, I was not happy with how the game was being presented to the younger generations.
The golf my dad taught me was about being positive and Sharing and enjoying the music of the birds and wind and being a gentleman on and off the course. This is the golf I wanted my children to also learn. The timeless life lessons that can be used in all aspects of life, from friendships, to business to life philosophy. This is why I founded FAI. To identify, promote and assist others to become the role models my kids and all kids can look up to and emulate and project the pillars of FAI.
